I have a e-mail computer .Put my yahooe-mail pictures on my pictures on my computer

I have heard of websites where you can ask people to draw a picture of anything you want and they will draw it then e-mail it to you but I can't find any. Does anyone have any links to websites like that?

I was e-mailed pictures of my cousins and I want to know how to e-mail them to my aunt.

I want to send photos directly from 'My Pictures' as I did before BT Yahoo became the default. Originally, when I clicked on 'e-mail this file' a box came up to 'make my pictures smaller' and then the e-mail box. I do not want the BT Yahoo Browser option for this operation.
